
Hayley Bork
Cochran Fellow
Hayley Bork joined NSBHF as a Cochran Fellow in 2025. Before joining the firm, Hayley clerked for Judge Beth Robinson of the Second Circuit and Judge Nicholas G. Garaufis of the Eastern District of New York.
Hayley was the valedictorian of her class at Brooklyn Law School. During law school, Hayley worked at several public defender offices in the New York City and Atlanta areas. She also completed a clinic with the Exoneration Initiative and served as an Executive Articles Editor of the Brooklyn Law Review. Before entering law school, Hayley worked at the Children’s Law Center, where she helped represent children involved in custody, neglect, and abuse proceedings.
