Katrina Rogachevsky / Staff Attorney

Katrina joined Neufeld Scheck Brustin Hoffmann & Freudenberger as a Staff Attorney in 2023.

Prior to joining NSBHF, Katrina was an Associate at an international law firm in Boston where she represented clients in complex litigation and government investigations. Her practice included False Claims Act cases, civil and criminal investigations involving healthcare and financial fraud issues, and intellectual property matters. Katrina also represented incarcerated clients seeking full protection for the exercise of their religious beliefs and habeas relief for wrongful conviction. Prior to that, Katrina served as law clerk for the Honorable Jenny Rivera of the New York Court of Appeals.

Katrina is a Board member for the Philadelphia Chapter of the National Lawyers Guild and is dedicated to supporting public interest and movement lawyering.

Katrina received her J.D. from Northeastern University Law School, where she worked with the Civil Rights and Restorative Justice Clinic investigating unsolved racially-motivated murders from the 1930s-70s, and her work was used to brief state legislators considering how to address legacies of racial violence. During law school, Katrina interned with the U.S. Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor & Pensions and with Public Citizen Litigation Group.
