Meryt Boulos / Administrative Assistant

Meryt joined NSBHF as the Administrative Assistant in October 2024. She graduated from Barnard College of Columbia University in Spring 2024, majoring in Sociology with a minor in Psychology. While in school, Meryt first held an internship with Barnard’s Athena Center for Leadership, where she worked as Athena’s Pre-College Student Coordinator to plan and execute programming and welcome almost 300 high school students for the Summer, then served as the Programs and Support Lead , assisting with marketing, events and programming during the academic year, as well as other administrative tasks. Meryt was an orientation leader at Barnard, and then went on to serve on the Orientation Committee as the Community Events Chair, planning social programming both for Barnard as well as all four undergraduate colleges of Columbia University.

Meryt was both a new member assistant and served as the Vice President of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion for her sorority, Sigma Delta Tau, in which she planned educational workshops for her chapter, coordinated the sorority’s affinity spaces, and worked to get SDT involved in the greater New York City community. Throughout her time and following graduation, she held the position of Building Manager for Columbia University’s Dodge Fitness Center, where she helped manage recreational operations, worked on the social media team, and assisted with athletic events.

Meryt is dedicated to supporting the values of justice and equity, and brings her organizational expertise and commitment to community impact to her work at NSBHF.
