Former United States District Court Judge Nancy Gertner announces affiliation with NSB

Neufeld Scheck & Brustin, LLP, is pleased to announce that the Honorable Nancy Gertner (Ret.) has become affiliated with the firm.

One of the country’s most respected voices on civil rights, civil liberties, employment, criminal justice and procedural issues, Judge Gertner served on the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts from 1994-2011, and is now a Professor of Practice at Harvard Law School, where she teaches courses relating to criminal justice. Judge Gertner will join NSB’s lawyers litigating cutting-edge civil cases on behalf of individuals and groups of plaintiffs around the country.
