NSB attorneys contribute chapter in the fourth edition of Sword & Shield: A Practical Approach to Section 1983 Litigation, published by the American Bar Association

NSB Partner Anna Benvenutti Hoffmann and Associate Alexandra Lampert co-authored Chapter Two, “Procedural Guide to Section 1983 Litigation in Federal Court,” drawing on the firm’s experience litigating civil rights cases to provide guidance to other litigators on all procedural topics involved in federal court litigation, from filing a complaint to litigating motions and appeals.
